02. Site Survey | 現場勘察
現場尺寸丈量,拍照記錄,進一步討論空間需求及分析平面配置。
Execute on-site dimensional analysis, photographic documentation, and in-depth evaluation of spatial requirements. Develop preliminary layout configurations.
03. Design Proposal | 平面提案
針對業主需求後,提出平面設計與空間規劃提案。
After understanding the client’s needs, we present a floor plan design and space planning proposal.
04. Design Contract | 簽訂設計合約
簽訂設計合約後,開始進行詳細的空間規劃與細部圖面繪製。
After signing the design contract, we begin detailed space planning and drawing of specific plans.
05. Project Cost Analysis | 工程估價
依造設計圖面後,進行提供業主整體工程報價。
Develop a detailed cost estimate based on finalised design specifications.
06. Completion | 完工驗收
家具及軟裝定位安裝,完工清潔,現場驗收及售後保固。
